Back from water-town just as the rain started again. It was becoming a difficult place to negotiate without some (how do you say, the) 'big shoes'.
We went to see a series of one man bands-dressed as wolves on the last night on Giudecca. It was a great send off and felt all home-like, especially when the bar ran out of beer.
Getting back has been welcome- a full nights sleep without waking up to that bloody whimpering boiler. There's something decidedly less romantic about the view from my bedroom window, although a craned neck can help a keen eye make out the good ship discovery.
Off site screening plans are on-going, and so to on-site/hospitalfield screenings and events. Outdoors could be an option taking into account the freezing but mainly dry east-coast weather. Eyes to the BBC weather website, then to MET to double check.
